1 x 2.5kg Black Dub Blue

Eden Smokie Brie – The smoked version of the Eden Valley Brie. Smoked in the traditional manner; using a subtle mix of apple and oak woods. The flavour is a perfect balance with a rustic refinement.

Eden Valley Brie – White mould-ripened brie cheese made with pasteurised Ayrshire cows’ milk. Its flavour fills the mouth with intensity and the luxurious creamy texture rounds off a sumptuous taste experience.

Black Dub Blue – A creamy blue-veined cheese made from pasteurised cows’ milk cheese. The milk is from Ayrshire cattle which is perfect for this style of cheese. This is a medium soft cheese which is creamy and rich, it derives a subtle contrast of flavour from the tangy veining.

Eden Chieftain – A creamy, award-winning close textured mature ‘cheddar style’ cheese made from pasteurised cows’ milk. A clean & well-rounded flavour that is perfect for the cheeseboard

Base Wheel Alternative Options:

Smoked Eden Chieftain – A delicately smoked version of the ever-popular Eden Chieftain, smoked with apple and oak woods allowing it to mature in the package to give it a mild and rather moreish flavour. Using the Eden Chieftain, which is usually over 12 months old, gives this cheese a really mature flavour to offset and complement the smokiness.

Flakebridge – A smooth, hard-pressed, coloured cheese with a firm, slightly flaky texture and a subtle tangy taste. Based on a modified ‘Red Leicester’ recipe using pasteurised cows’ milk.

Eden Sunset – A smooth, close-textured cheese with a clean, mellow flavour and based on a Double Gloucester. Made from pasteurised cows’ milk it has a rounded buttery flavour.

Blencathra – has a fresh flavour and slightly crumbly consistency. It is a non-rinded version of a traditional Caerphilly style cheese.

Eden Ivory – A hard ewes’ milk cheese; mild, creamy, with a sweet aroma and a nutty undercurrent. This cheese is a fabulous pasteurised alternative to Manchego which can be enjoyed in its simplicity with crusty bread.

Hootenanny – A semi-hard cheese made from pasteurised goats’ milk. Pure white in colour; rich creamy texture gives way to fresh, delicate flavours.

Smoked Hootenanny – A semi-hard goats’ cheese skilfully smoked in the traditional manner – Smooth & silky in texture the delicate flavour is subtlety balanced with oak & apple wood smoke.
