Neufchatel Brie Heart – This heart-shaped cheese with a white bloomy rind made in Normandy, is sometimes referred to as being similar to Camembert, but it has a saltier, sharper taste (C, UNP)
Blue Whinnow – Cumbrian cheese. A delicately flavoured, firm-bodied cheese with equally delicate bluing (C, UNP)
Cornish Nettle Yarg – Hand-made by Lynher Dairies in Cornwall and wrapped in nettle leaves. Cornish Yarg is creamy under the rind and crumbly at the core (C, V, P)
Wensleydale and Cranberry – Creamy, crumbly & full of flavour Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese, carefully combined with the delicate fruity succulence of pure, sweet cranberries. An original creation from The Wensleydale Creamery (C, V, P)
Colston Bassett Blue Stilton – Colston Bassett’s Stilton is a rich cream colour, with even blue veining throughout. The texture of the cheese is smooth and creamy with a mellow flavour that balances sweet and savoury notes (C, V, P)
Eden Chieftain – A creamy, award-winning close textured mature ‘cheddar style’ cheese made from pasteurised cows’ milk. A clean & well-rounded flavour that is perfect for the cheeseboard (C, V, P)
