Figs Archives - Keswick Cheese Deli

Hi Hayley,
Cheese has arrived safely with the enclosed ice packs still part frozen. A very large smile is spread across my husband’s face! Your service has been exemplary, keeping me informed of the delivery with a sense of humour. I also liked the fact that you use recyclable packaging – the wool packaging will keep my young granddaughters happy during the school holidays – an added bonus! I wish you well, I’ll certainly use the deli for mail order cheese again.

Hi Hayley,
I just wanted to say thank you very much for the great parcel, which my husband gratefully received last month. You put it together with such care! We look forward to paying a visit to your shop should we be close to Keswick on our future trip to the Lakes.

I just want to say a big ‘THANK YOU’ for getting my husband’s present here in plenty of time for his birthday. He had a lovely time and is looking forward to tucking in! Thank you again for your excellent service.

Linda from Bedfordshire

I think your communication is wonderful and makes the process really easy. It’s why I returned after previous initial purchase.

My order has just arrived and I have to say I am extremely impressed with the packaging. It really is excellent and environmentally friendly too. The ice cubes are still frozen and I love how the cheeses are wrapped. Thank you so much for your time and advice. I’m sure my son-in-law will love the cheeses and I look forward to placing more orders in future. When the world has returned to normal, perhaps we can visit in person.

Hayley put a wonderful selection of local cheeses and other products together for my parents. She even put a beautifully hand-written message in there for me. They were absolutely delighted. A wonderful and friendly service, from beginning to end, which I’ll definitely be using again.

We had photos from our daughter of the hamper and then a photo of a yummy sandwich made with the blue, which she took with her on a walk at the weekend and appreciated (with the views) up on the beautiful fells.

My order has arrived today and it looks great! Thank you, the service has been excellent and the cheese was packaged so nice. The order is for father’s Day and he will love it. I would really recommend buying from you again.

Kasia (Birmingham)

My son lives in Cockermouth and arranged for you to send me one of your gift boxes. I must complement you on the contents which were an excellent selection of products. We have sampled your cheeses before when in Cumbria and were impressed.

Michael (Bolton)

Many thanks for your efficient online sales service. The delivery of cheese is a highlight in our week to lift the spirits during the lockdown. John would be unbearable without his cheese!
