Due to the continuing shortage of drivers, and with advice from our couriers, we have made the very difficult decision not to post out any hampers or produce from November 18th and during December.

We pride ourselves on the beautiful presentation of our lovely hampers and the ability to get them delivered to all our customers throughout the UK, within 24 hours. Any compromise on this quality of service is unacceptable to us. We have a range of truckle hampers that can be purchased and delivered in November and if refrigerated, will still be in perfect condition for Christmas day and beyond.

We appreciate that this decision will be very disappointing to our lovely customers, but we don’t want anyone to be disappointed at Christmas. Our hampers are still available online for collection from the deli. We hope you understand our need to do this and hope that next year our delivery service will resume to normal.

As an alternative option this Christmas, we are offering gift vouchers for all our hampers, which will include delivery from January onwards, when we’re hoping that things will have calmed down a little and can be redeemed throughout 2022.
